Right off the bat, Lupe is DA MAN. He was kind and very helpful, as usual. Unfortunately, this time he had to deliver bad news regarding the cost of the requested repairs, but he still had me chuckling at the way he delivered the "bad news." My car was ready within a few hours and I was completely satisfied, again as usual.

2024 blazer was towed in...I was given a rental car....work was done in one day. when I got my blazer back and left the dealership I found that the controls on my steering wheel did not work. I made several calls to the service department, if I got hold of some one they said they would have Rosmel get back to me. It's has been over a week and I still have not received a call back. I should also mention, I left several messages on the answering machine. Apparently, no body picks them up. Won't be back

Mister Luis, the advisor who got my vehicle, was very good., He Explain me everything well and he was very kind and respectful. I requested my car to be washed and it was not washed properly. Actually they put water only. The music was at full blast when it was returned to me, they mess with my radio and the position of my seat.They did not vacuum my vehicle.It was all dirty. I did not get the decal where it says When do I have to change my oil as last time.. If it wasn't because Mr. Luis was kind and sorry for what happened to my vehicle the service was terrible. Not only that, the first time I brought my vehicle, I explained that my air conditioning. It's not working properly, and the last advisor said it was okay witgout checking. Mr Luis told me that it may have a leak. It needs to be checked better and find a solution since it's covered by my warranty

I mainly went in for known engine issues with my truck. I also had a headlight out and I needed an oil change. They also recommend I change out my brake fluid and flush that system. I signed a work order for $211. 2 day later they tell me my truck is ready. I pick up my truck and the cashier is telling me I owe $278. They do not provide me a itemized statement. I speak with my service advisor and there was an "error". Now my bill is what it was agreed upon. As far as my truck, it still has engine issues, they didn't even replace my headlight and I have no idea if they even did any work on the brakes. Autonation an absolute joke. I wouldn't reccomend anyone buy a vehicle here, let alone do service.

I don’t understand why I made an appointment? My appointment was at 11:15 am and I didn’t it leave until 3 pm - just to do an oil change. There was people there before me who left and there was 8 people who got there after me who left before me as well. I was not happy. Everytime I would kindly ask the guy who attended me at the desk who took the order of my oil change if my car was ready he looked bothered and annoyed and with an attitude kept saying no to me with his finger. If this guy has personal issues he shouldn’t be bringing that to work and treating customers bad just because he is bitter or going through things personally. Horrible

Worst experience of my life with a car service provider. So many issues that it would take me a full page to describe everything. In summary, my car was in for service for 5 months!! Terrible communication! Trying to speak with someone at the Autonation service is an impossible mission. From managers to advisors, really bad communication. I deeply regret taking my car there. I also regret buying the car from them. I hope I never have to go back to Autonation Doral.

Oil change can take 4+ hours even with an appointment. There’s never an available car service to take you home. My car was left really dirty inside. There was oil and dirt on the steering wheel and console.

Llegué a las 8 am me fui 3:00pm. Entendí que cambiarían un sensor en el escape que tiene que ver con las emisiones al aire. I called the service department many many times and never got through to someone. I asked a different department to please leave a message for the Service department to call me back, and they said they will. That never happened. I was in touch with the service tech via text, which was certainly helpful, but I did not receive answers or clear answers on many of my questions. Also, my car took many days extra to fix from what they initially told me so I had to rent a car for a few more days than what will be reimbursed to me from Maxcare. In short, very bad communication on your end, and service took longer than expected. Will definitely consider taking my Chevy Volt to another dealer after this service. Thank you for fixing my car, but I had to be truthful if your asking me for my opinion.

Made it to my appointment around 4:30 (4:45 was the appointment), Oil & filter change, tire rotation and suggested transmission oil and change. Drove out at 7pm. Truck serviced and happy customer. Next time I Would like better video of service being performed not a sketchy attempt to record a something to fill the check list… So far all service from a 2025 truck with 40k miles performed with Chevy Techs.

In addition to that, we have free oil changes that were given to us when we purchased the vehicle but yet the dealer wanted to charge us some additional misc. fee mind you this isn’t the first time we’ve had an oil change done there and we’ve never been charged which makes no sense at all. It was impossible to get any answers as to the actual problem of the vehicle because we could not make contact with the service advisor. Numerous phone calls and we would end up getting a voicemail, to which the messages were not returned. The day that the vehicle was ready for pick up, the service advisor was gone and the cashier couldn’t locate the paperwork or the vehicle.

Considering that it was only an issue with the injectors and the fuel rail, it took way too long, it was 16 days just to fix that. I had already complained earlier about a squeaking noise when braking, which started only two days after I took the car from the dealer. They told me to wait until the noise got worse because it wasn’t enough to work on yet. By the time the injector problem happened, the noise had become really annoying, and when they finally gave me the car back, they didn’t fix the squeak because they said they had already taken too long with the vehicle.

Although the car was a bit dirty on the inside service delivery was great! I love the face that you have removed old crew and have hired new blood bringing in new culture. I sold my Porsche and came back to vette but one thing that corvette is missing is the luxury!! The C8 is the flagship car and it should get a white glove service even separate service writers and team for a different customer experience as it should be to all Corvette owners!!!!!!

Good service overall. Went with a coupon from their website and nobody knew about it, had a bit of difficulty to process it, until somebody figured it out. The coupon had the tire rotation included, they didn't do it with the excuse that my car has wheel spacers, and they were not responsible for any damages, blah blah blah.

I have been bringing my 2018 Silverado to the Auto Nation Doral location since I purchased it. with the exception of one visit, (not related to the service writers or mechanics), I have been happy with all my visits. The team seems to be pretty quick in their repairs. On this most recent visit visit, I felt that Carlos Pena had taken a bit more interest in my issues and how to resolve them. I had issues with the TPMS sensors and he even showed me the report of each. With this information I was able to make a decision to replace all 4 of them. However, these were on back order. Carlos kept on top of it and called me within a week later letting me know they arrived and schedule an appointment. When I arrived, he took me right in as the paperwork was ready to go. When done, he also informed me that the tech reported that the tires should be replaced, but not due to the tread but because the tires were over 8 years old. I knew these were original tires from 2018 but was not aware that the tire manufacture recommends they replace after x amount of years. With this information I asked Carlos to get me a quote and I proceeded to get it done that day since I was already there. Carlos was able to get me back in that same morning and continued to keep me informed of the process along the way while I waited. When all was said and done, I walked out of the service department with 4 new tires and sensors, as well as a bill that came out cheaper than I had expected. I thank Carlos for all his attention to my service visit and I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealer's service department and have Carlos handle all my issues. Thank you Carlos.

Unfortunately this was not the best experience at this particular dealer. I dropped off my truck for alignment and tire replacement and they ended keeping my truck for two weeks. Although I mentioned the transmission might have a slight knock, nothing noticeable, they kept telling me there was something wrong but could not tell me what it was. First days there was no communication until I spoke to the service manager who took over the case the emote time. They had no loaners so I had to rent a vehicle and pay out of pocket which they claim will be reimbursed but still trying to go thru process. Finally received a loaner the last two days when they finally returned my vehicle. Still had to pay full price with a small discount and didn’t even attempt to use my roadside warranty for tire replacement like they said they would try. Overall was not a great experience except for Avi the service manager who kept me in communication the rest of the days.

Analyse Figueroa & the Technician did an outstanding job on keeping me and my husband informed on what was going on with both our vehicles while being serviced during our wait time. They were very kind and went above and beyond on getting the job well done and token care of the issues with our trucks. I would recommend others to come and do business with Doral Auto Nation anytime they’re in need of servicing their vehicles or wants to buy a New Vehicle. The wait time was a little more than we expected but they got us in & out at a decent enough time.Which we were still satisfied overall.Great job well done to the whole staff for their kindness and generosity they showed and gave us and the grandkids.Its always a pleasure doing but with your facility we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We are a true and valued customer on behalf of doing business with you all. We always feel like a part of the family when we’re there.

I drop off the car on Saturday and the repair rep Alejandro said he would call me Monday or Tuesday. He never called me and my husband had to take off from work on Thursday of the following week to go. When he went there he lied saying that he called me when he never did and that I said it was not a rush when I never said that. After several attemps to contact him and actually another rep was kind enough of putting me in contact with Alejandro I was able to speak to him following and agreed that my car would be the following week by Friday. They need to work on customer service. If they lack the time or want, then put an admin to do so but this is not acceptable.

Once I left the dealership the vehicle presented issues (the vehicle was 7 days at dealer), fan was on and did not stop, check engine went on after 30 min of driving and when I open the hood I evidence that after changing oil they technician did not clean the working area. With this issues I had to return my vehicle the next day and it's been there for 2 days. It was my first visit to Autonation Chevrolet Doral, and very unhappy with the results.
