Right off the bat, Lupe is DA MAN. He was kind and very helpful, as usual. Unfortunately, this time he had to deliver bad news regarding the cost of the requested repairs, but he still had me chuckling at the way he delivered the "bad news." My car was ready within a few hours and I was completely satisfied, again as usual.
