everyone was so pleasant and helpful from the time i walked up to the door. I didn't particular care about the finance mgr. he was rude and didn't listen and i spent an extra 30 minutes there because of a discrepancy with my milage. not friendly at all no personality. I'm sorry but he was rude. i even tried to make conversation and he brushed me off as if he doesn't speak English.
